FatCat Coders is expanding its Talent team within a new branch - FatCat Network. We are looking for a peculiarly curious cat who loves to explore and hunt for talent! As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you would be filling a role that is of great importance to us, as it is the foundation for all subsequent steps of the hiring process. :)
Source candidates using various channels, but mainly Linkedin
Evaluate and decide whether a person is potentially a good candidate for a certain position
Come up with an original message that will engage and interest the candidate to hear more about the business opportunity
Communicate and cooperate on a daily level with Talent Acquisition Specialist
Work closely with the person in charge of your onboarding, who will be there for you after the onboarding period as well
Be curious and research constantly :)
You have a keen eye for details
Others describe you as a people person
You have the ability to draw conclusions based on a small volume of information
You have a creative approach when meeting new people
You have a natural curiosity for learning new things and getting your hands on hard-to-reach information :)
You are interested in the IT world!
Are familiar with Linkedin network, and already have a profile there
Possess any knowledge about the IT

300EUR salary for the first 3 months
350EUR salary if you pass the probation period, and
400EUR salary after 6 months of work
Due to the current global situation, we work completely remotely.
We hope that this situation will not continue for a long period of time, and when it passes we will return to our lovely office in Njegoseva 45. :)
