Be the primary point of contact and build long-lasting relationships with customers
Proactively manage each customer’s business needs while they are in a trial period
Go the extra mile to engage free trial users and convert them to paid customers
Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, and screen-share meetings
Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Comfortable presenting on live video calls and webinars.
Good with tools, and a data-driven world to design and execute automated campaigns that leverage high-quality content for customer self-learning & product-adoption.
2+ years of proven Sales/Business Development/Account Management experience
Excellent verbal and written language skills for English – Equivalent C1 level
Excellent verbal, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent organization, project management, time management
Strong Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Previous experience in the SaaS/Software industry
