Clarivate's Web of Science is a comprehensive platform offering scholarly research tools, citation indexing, and insights to accelerate high-quality academic and scientific research globally.

• Automating processes for the non-tech team within a wider team of around 30 people worldwide, working in different areas related to the Web of Science platform.

• Extracting data from internal databases using SQL and cloud services (AWS), as well as retrieving external data via APIs.

• Pre-processing, transforming, and analyzing large datasets in Python, primarily using Pandas, Dask, and NumPy.

• Mapping patterns and trends in analyzed data and presenting them visually for better comprehension, usually with Power BI.

• Collaborating with another Data Science colleague and mentoring a Junior Data Analyst.

• Working on projects related to semantic analysis and machine learning.

September 2020 – February 2022

The Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences is a multidisciplinary research institution in Serbia, focusing on diverse scientific and technological disciplines, with over 300 Ph.D. holders and 200 doctoral candidates working on national and international projects.

• Developed a model for gene prediction to determine whether genes are pathogenic or not, utilizing Python-based frameworks.

• Participated in a project within the Laboratory for Bioinformatics, where data analysis was required.

• Conducted further research as a Researcher under the supervision of Ph.D. mentors, leveraging their expertise for scientific writing.
